On December 15-16, the Inspection Committee of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee held a 3rd Session to review and decide on many important contents, including disciplinary action against party organizations and party members who violate regulations related to land and environmental management and comply with Party regulations.
At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed the disciplinary action against party members who violated the payment of fees for collecting and transporting household waste in the Co Sa area, Tu Mich commune, Loc Binh district (old); at the same time, reviewed compliance with Party regulations and State laws when going abroad.
Based on the content, nature, extent, consequences and causes of the violation, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to discipline 4 party members by expelling them from the Party; at the same time, it proposed that the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee consider and discipline 1 party member according to its authority.
Also at the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed the inspection results when there were signs of violations against 1 Party organization and 5 Party members, violations related to the permission to convert land use purposes not in accordance with regulations for households and individuals, along with violations in the implementation of payment for collection and transportation of household waste in Co Sa area, Tu Mich commune, Loc Binh district (old).
Through inspection, it was concluded that 3 party members violated to the extent that they had to be disciplined according to Party regulations; The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee assigned the Inspection Team to advise on the implementation of the disciplinary handling process according to regulations.
In addition, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee also reviewed the inspection results when there were signs of violations against 11 Party members in the old Dinh Lap district, violating the law on allowing the conversion of land use purposes not in accordance with regulations for households and individuals.
Thereby, it was concluded that 5 party members violated to the extent that they had to be disciplined according to Party regulations, and at the same time assigned the Inspection Team to advise on the implementation of the disciplinary handling process according to regulations.
In the working program, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee also reviewed and concluded a number of other important contents according to its authority, contributing to strengthening discipline and order in Party building work.
