On January 14, information from the People's Committee of Lang Son province said that the unit has just issued a Decision on temporarily assigning the number of employees receiving salaries from the state budget in public non-business units that do not self-guarantee regular payments directly under the commune-level People's Committee in 2026.
Specifically, out of a total of 1,235 people working temporarily assigned, the medical career force accounts for a large proportion, reflecting the requirement to ensure human resources for commune and ward health stations after arranging the organizational structure.
Many localities are assigned from 20 people or more, such as Ky Lua ward (26 people), Dong Dang commune (28 people), Hoang Van Thu commune (24 people), Van Lang commune (24 people), Thien Tan commune (24 people), Chien Thang commune (24 people)...

In addition, the number of people working in other career groups (excluding healthcare) in each commune and ward ranges from 3-8 people, in order to meet the needs of providing essential public services at the grassroots level in the transitional stage of the organizational structure.
Lang Son Provincial People's Committee requests the People's Committees of communes and wards to base on the number of temporarily assigned employees to organize specific allocations to each directly affiliated public non-business unit, ensuring that it does not exceed the total assigned target.
The management and use of human resources must be in the correct job position, in accordance with legal regulations, and not allowing staff increases or labor contracts outside targets to arise.
The decision also emphasizes the responsibility of local heads in strictly managing the number of employees receiving salaries from the state budget, ensuring the stable operation of public non-business units in 2026.
