Lang Son - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to deploy non-stop electronic toll collection at bus stations and parking lots in urban areas from 2026.

On January 20, according to information from the People's Committee of Lang Son province, the unit has just issued a plan to deploy non-stop electronic toll collection at bus stations and parking lots in urban areas.

According to the plan, the subjects of application are all bus stations and parking lots in urban areas in the province. Non-stop electronic toll collection is implemented according to the roadmap for the period 2026-2030, aiming to reduce congestion, limit cash transactions and increase transparency in management.

Specifically, the province will review and develop the progress of installing equipment and operating the non-stop electronic toll collection system at bus stations in urban areas.

In which, all type 1 bus stations must be completed before December 31, 2026; type 2 bus stations must be completed before December 31, 2027.

For parking spots and parking lots in urban areas, the expansion and deployment will be studied, reviewed and strived to be completed before December 31, 2030.
