Accordingly, the Lang Son Provincial Property Auction Service Center will organize an auction of a batch of 150 children's fur hats, which are administrative violation exhibits that have been confiscated and are owned by the Provincial Market Management Sub-Department.
The shipment has a starting price of 5.25 million VND, and will be auctioned at 9 am on January 21, 2026 at the Lang Son Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
This unit also announced the auction of two liquidated cars under the Lang Son Provincial People's Court, including a 2007 Mitsubishi Pajero GL car (starting price 65 million VND) and a 2008 Santafe MLX car (starting price 105 million VND).
The auction is expected to be held on the morning of January 30, 2026 at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
The winning bidder of the above assets must bear all costs related to taxes, fees, charges, transportation and other financial obligations as prescribed.
In Tuyen Quang, Quang Chung Joint Venture Auction Company was authorized to organize an auction for the right to exploit and use 3 premises in the campus of Bac Quang Regional General Hospital, including a garage, cafeteria and eyeglass counter.
The starting price ranges from 1.75 million to more than 4 million VND/month, indirect auction form, raising bids. The total starting price for 5 years of land lease is over 500 million VND.
The time for announcing the auction results is expected to be at 9 am on January 19, 2026 at the hospital hall. Participating organizations and individuals must commit to using the premises for the right purpose, without affecting medical examination and treatment activities.
The organization of public auction of the above-mentioned assets aims to effectively handle and exploit public assets and violating exhibits in accordance with legal regulations.
