To date, the entire project has reached 75% of the volume; a route of more than 28 km long has not yet been constructed due to site clearance problems.

Sharing the difficulties with contractors and workers when having to work in difficult weather conditions, even throughout the National Day holiday on September 2, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee encouraged the entire team of engineers and workers to make even greater efforts to "overcome the sun, overcome the rain", striving to complete the project by the end of 2025.
After the field survey, the working group worked with the Bac Lieu Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board.
According to the 2025 plan, the Board is assigned more than VND 1,486 billion, of which the central government supported nearly VND 900 billion, to date disbursed more than VND 85 billion, reaching 5.78%.

If it is not completed, especially with the capital allocated by the Central Government, it will be very difficult.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Project Management Board to have a specific disbursement plan, calculating the progress each day. Of the 5 projects under the management of, it is necessary to focus on accelerating 3 projects with large volumes; with 2 transition projects facing land clearance problems, close coordination is required to carry out enforcement. For new projects, resettlement locations must be immediately reviewed to remove bottlenecks.
