Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai monitors and directs the settlement of:
- BT project of Thu Thiem 2 bridge (Ba Son bridge).
- BT project to invest in building 4 roads in Thu Thiem New Urban Area.
- BT project to build a parallel road from Mai Chi Tho Street through Nam Rach Chiec Residential Area to Ring Road 2.
- Project to solve tidal flooding in Ho Chi Minh City area considering climate change factors (phase 1).
- Phan Dinh Phung Stadium Project.
- Observation Tower Complex Project belongs to the Functional Area in Thu Thiem New Urban Area.
- Saigon Safari Park Project - Cu Chi.
- Land plot number 1 Ly Thai To.
- Investment project to build National Cultural Historical Park.
- Binh Quoi - Thanh Da Urban Area Project, Binh Thanh District.
Mr. Duong Ngoc Hai - Permanent Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee:

Mr. Bui Xuan Cuong - Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee:
