The Department of Construction of Lao Cai province has just decided to fine the Tran Yen area Investment and Construction Project Management Board 90 million VND.
The management board is headquartered in Co Phuc 4 village, Tran Yen commune, with Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan as Deputy Director and legal representative.
According to the penalty decision, the Tran Yen area Investment and Construction Project Management Board has approved the construction design to determine that the land and rock allocation are not in accordance with the results of the geological survey.
This behavior violates Point a, Clause 3, Article 13 of Decree 16/2022/ND-CP of the Government on administrative sanctions in the construction sector.
The authorities applied a fine of 90 million VND. The management board must pay the fine to the State Treasury of Region IX and send a receipt to the Department of Construction for monitoring.
In case of late payment, the unit will be forced to pay and must pay an additional 0.05% of the unpaid fine for each late payment day.
