To rectify the above situation, the Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and provincial socio-political organizations; departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of communes and wards in the province and related units to thoroughly grasp and immediately disseminate to all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in agencies and units about the strict ban on alcohol and beer during working hours, including lunch break.
