The inspection work was carried out through 2 inspection teams. Inspection Team No. 1 conducted a comprehensive inspection of administrative reform work, led by Mr. Vo Chi Vuong - Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Science, Technology, Innovation, Digital Transformation and Project 06.
Inspection Team No. 2 conducted a thematic inspection on administrative procedure reform and online public service provision, led by the Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office.
The head of the delegation is responsible for notifying the working schedule to the inspected agencies and units; assigning tasks to members.
Request the inspected unit to provide relevant records, documents, and reports; notify the inspection conclusion and summarize the results to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Home Affairs).
The inspection team will organize the implementation according to the content of the Plan to inspect administrative reform work in Khanh Hoa province in 2025.
The members of the Inspection Team are responsible for fully participating in the inspections. In case of emergency work, the agency or unit shall send a replacement to ensure progress and quality inspection.
The members of the Youth Union need to carefully study the dossier and professional documents, fully perform the assigned tasks, take responsibility for the accuracy and honesty of the reporting content and coordinate with the Youth Union Secretary in developing a notice of conclusion and synthesizing the inspection results.
According to the announcement of the Ministry of Home Affairs, in 2024, the Administrative Reform Index (PAR INDEX) of Khanh Hoa province (old) will reach 90.49% (up 1.89% compared to 2023) and rank 10/63 provinces and cities.
The SIPAS index of Khanh Hoa province (old) in 2024 reached 83.66%, ranking 30th out of 63 provinces and cities; an increase of 2.57% and an increase of 10 places compared to 2023. There are 5/9 factors that are rated over 85%, the highest being service outcomes (86.04%).
However, the two factors of "opportunit to participate in policy making" reaching 79.94% and "responsibility for explanation of state agencies" reaching 80.95% are still "low points".
Ninh Thuan province (old) has a SIPAS Index of 83.16%, up slightly by 0.38% but dropped 8 places, ranking 35/63 provinces and cities; no factor exceeds 85%. Notably, 2 low factors coincide with Khanh Hoa, showing that this is a systematic challenge.
