On July 21, M'Drak Medical Center (Dak Lak province) said it had advised the People's Committee of M'Drak commune to establish a surprise inspection team for the baby-assisted business establishment of Ms. T after the food poisoning case.
During the inspection, the facility still had many shortcomings: Not yet presented documents and contracts on the origin of food ingredients; not yet provided health certificates to people directly involved in processing and selling. At the time of inspection, the seller did not carry bags when processing.
The inspection team has drawn up a record, taken food samples for testing and requested the establishment to temporarily suspend business until further notice.
Previously, from the evening of July 18 to the morning of July 21, M'Drak Medical Center received 64 patients with signs of digestive disorders and diarrhea. Of which, 38 cases reported eating banh mi from Ms. T.
Patients are scattered in M'Dak commune, the youngest patient is 3 years old, the oldest is 59 years old.
