The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has just issued a telegram on opening the bottom spillway of Tuyen Quang hydroelectric reservoir. The dispatch clearly stated: At 7:00 a.m. on July 14, 2025, the upstream water level of Tuyen Quang Lake was at 107.25 m, the downstream water level was 50.48 m, the flow to the lake was 1,200 m3/s, the total downstream flow was 702 m3/s.

Open 1 bottom spillway of Tuyen Quang hydroelectric reservoir at 14:00 on July 14, 2025. Closely monitor the development of floods, safety of works, flow to the reservoir, water levels upstream and downstream of the reservoir and promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
