Hanoi City Social Insurance is expected to implement the combined payment of pensions and social insurance allowances for February and March 2026, and at the same time pay Tet Nguyen Dan Binh Ngo 2026 gifts in the first phase to beneficiaries.
For payments through personal accounts (ATM cards), pensions, social insurance allowances and Tet gifts will be transferred to beneficiary accounts from February 3, 2026. In case of receiving cash, the expected payment time starts from February 5, 2026.
This is a combined payment of pensions and social insurance allowances for February and March in the same payment period of February 2026. For cases with retirement records resolved after January 23, 2026, the time for pension and social insurance allowance payment is expected to be implemented on March 2, 2026.
For cash payments, according to regulations, the payment time is guaranteed to be at least 6 hours/day. At transaction points of payment service organizations, cash payments will be made from February 12 to the end of February 25, 2026.
Previously, Hanoi Social Insurance had compiled a combined payment list for two months for more than 607,000 people, with a total budget of over 4,200 billion VND. Of which, the number of people receiving through personal accounts accounted for 99.55%, equivalent to more than 4,162 billion VND.
Regarding Tet Nguyen Dan Binh Ngo 2026 gifts, phase 1, more than 568,000 people in Hanoi benefited. Among these, nearly 566,000 people received gifts via ATM cards, and the rest received in cash.
The list of Tet gifts for phase 2 is expected to be compiled on February 2, 2026, applicable to cases of new approval or transfer, with decisions to enjoy benefits from January 26, 2026 to before February 1, 2026.
The recipients of Tet Nguyen Dan Binh Ngo 2026 gifts include:
People who are receiving monthly pensions and unemployment benefits according to the payment list for February 2026 of the social insurance agency.
Employees have been received, resolved and issued retirement decisions by Hanoi City Social Insurance before February 1, 2026.
People receiving pensions and unemployment benefits from social insurance of other provinces and cities or from People's Army Social Insurance, People's Police Social Insurance transferred to receive pensions in Hanoi before February 1, 2026.
The Tet Nguyen Dan Binh Ngo 2026 gift level is 300,000 VND/person. The funding is transferred by the People's Committees of wards and communes to the accounts of social insurance agencies at all levels opened at commercial banks to organize payments according to regulations.
