Previously, at 4:00 p.m. the same day, on National Highway 20, through Tam Bo Commune (Lam Dong), a collision also occurred between two passenger buses traveling from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Lat.
The collision damaged 2 vehicles, fortunately no one was injured.
Both accidents occurred less than 30 minutes apart on the first day of the National Day holiday on September 2, so the traffic was heavy.
