On November 27, information from the Market Management Department of Can Tho City said that it had sealed and temporarily detained all smuggled goods (electronic cigarette machines) represented by Ms. T.T.B.S., the HT business household, and the Vape - Podsystem business location represented by Mr. N.L.T.
On November 20 and 21, the Inspection Team of Market Management Team No. 3 conducted a surprise inspection of the HT grocery business (Tran Nam Phu Street, An Khanh Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City) and the Vape - Podsystem business location (Nguyen Van Cu Street, An Khanh Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City).
Through inspection, it was discovered that HT business was selling 12 electronic cigarette machines that were reusable, without essential oils, made in China; 26 electronic cigarette machines that were disposable, with essential oils, made in China; and 30 bottles of electronic cigarette essential oils, made in China. The total value of the goods was determined based on the listed price at more than 20 million VND.
At the Vape - Podsystem business location, there are 8 reusable electronic cigarette machines, without essential oils, made in China; 22 boxes of electronic cigarette essential oils, made in the US. The total value of the goods is determined according to the listed price of 6.85 million VND.
At the time of inspection, Ms. B.S and Mr. L.T could not present invoices or documents related to the above goods. The inspection team sealed and temporarily detained all goods and made a record of administrative violations for handling according to the provisions of law.
Previously, on November 14, the inspection team of Market Management Team No. 3 also conducted a surprise inspection of Vape Can Tho Business Household (Tran Hung Dao Street, An Nghiep Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City) represented by Mr. H.V.T.
Through inspection, it was discovered that the Vape Can Tho business was displaying 15 electronic cigarette machines for sale multiple times. Mr. V.T could not present invoices or documents related to the above goods. The total value of the goods was determined according to the listed price of 7,955 million VND.
The inspection team of Market Management Team No. 3 has drawn up a record of administrative violations, sealed and temporarily detained all of the above goods for handling according to the provisions of law.
