On May 17, a ceremony was held in Dak Lak to announce the Decision to recognize Vietnam Heritage Trees and set a Vietnamese record.
The ceremony was solemnly held with the participation of many delegates and those who love bonsai art.
At the ceremony, the Vietnam Record Organization (Vietking) announced and awarded a certificate of record for the work Linh Sam Song Hinh, the oldest underground crop in Vietnam (over 100 years old).

According to the Organizing Committee, this is the first ornamental plant phoenix in Vietnam to be honored with 2 noble titles in ornamental plants.
The Linh Sam River tree on the Hinh River has been exploited since the 80s of the last century. Through the skillful hands and creativity of the artisans, a unique work of art has been created.
This work is owned by artist Tran Van Bich, member of the Executive Committee of the Dak Lak Province Parents Association. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Provincial Gardeners' Club, and also the Director of Dong Phuong Environmental Company Limited.
Artisan Tran Van Bich is a lover of ornamental plants. He spent a lot of effort and time collecting rare plants.

The recognition of the Linh Sam River Hinh as a Vietnam Heritage tree is to honor the value of domestic crops with high economic and cultural value, belonging to a rare genetic source.
