The Dang Thai Mai road construction project phase I (Tay Ho ward, Hanoi) was approved on August 26, 2024, implemented according to the Hanoi Capital General Planning orientation approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1668/QD-TTg dated December 27, 2024.
The project has a total investment of 552.697 billion VND (of which, site clearance costs are 391.431 billion VND; construction costs are 82.872 billion VND).
Line length 1. 260m; project starting point from Tay Ho villa area, project ending point at the intersection with Xuan Dieu street.
The scale of the road cross-section is divided into 2 sections: Section 1 from the starting point intersecting with Xuan Dieu street to alley 35 Dang Thai Mai street has a cross-section width of 93.6m including traffic roads on both sides, each route is 19 - 21m wide (road surface 15m, urban sidewalks 4-6m wide), the landscape axis in the middle is 51.6m wide; section 2 next to section 1 to the end point of the route, has a cross-section width of 20.5m including road surface 11.25m wide, sidewalks on both sides 2 x 4.625m.




The Dang Thai Mai road construction project - phase I was started on January 15, 2025.
The total land area recovered for project implementation is 48,38.6m2, related to 184 land plots of many organizations and individuals.
Information from the Tay Ho Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board, as of June 2026, the government has completed land acquisition and site clearance for the Dang Thai Mai road construction project phase I.
