According to the content of the telegram, in the past time, Ha Tinh has continuously recorded widespread hot weather, with common temperatures from 38-40°C, in some places exceeding 41°C. Forecasts from the meteorological agency show that the intense heat situation will continue to last, increasing the risk of forest fires, with warnings at level IV-V (dangerous to extremely dangerous level).
Faced with this development, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, agencies, branches, units, and localities to continue to strictly implement their responsibilities in forest fire prevention and fighting.

Areas at high risk of forest fires must arrange 24/24 hour on-duty forces at checkpoints, forest gates and camera surveillance systems to detect forest fire risks early, strictly control people and vehicles entering and leaving the forest. When a fire is detected, it is necessary to promptly mobilize local forces to handle and extinguish it from the beginning, not allowing the fire to spread widely.
Ha Tinh currently has 358,779 hectares of forest and forestry land, distributed in 66 communes and wards, accounting for about 60% of the total natural area of the province. To date, the province has allocated 321,259 hectares of forest and forestry land to organizations, households, and individuals for management, accounting for nearly 90% of the area.
