Information from the Standing Committee of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee said that the unit has just completed the work of developing a plan to arrange and assign a team of cadres and civil servants to 65 newly established communes and wards in the province.
In this arrangement, Lang Son province has mobilized and assigned 20 provincial-level cadres to take on key positions in new communes and wards.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Trong Hung - Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Lang Son province - was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Van Nham Commune Party Committee; Mr. Phung Quang Hoi, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Lang Son City Party Committee, held the position of Secretary of the Dong Kinh Ward Party Committee;
Ms. Duong Thi Huyen Phuong, Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council, holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Luong Van Tri Ward; Mr. Lieu Anh Minh, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Dinh Lap Commune; Mr. Nguyen Huu Truc, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Chau Son Commune.
In addition, 14 cadres who were transferred and rotated to the district will continue to be arranged to hold key leadership positions in newly established communes.
Regarding the structure of the staff, the rate of young staff under 42 years old is 34%; female staff accounts for 31%; ethnic minority staff accounts for a high proportion of 75.9%, fully meeting the regulations on standards and structure in personnel work.
