Lang Son transfers official vehicles to prepare for district-level abandonment

Lang Son - The official vehicle of Cao Loc district was transferred to the Department of Education and Training of Lang Son to serve the work.

On June 22, according to Lao Dong's source, the People's Committee of Lang Son province has just issued a Decision to transfer public assets, which are cars for general work, from the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Cao Loc district to the Department of Education and Training to meet the requirements of reorganizing the apparatus according to the two-level government model.

Accordingly, the car transferred is a TOYOTA passenger car, HIACE type, manufactured in 2013 in Japan, with 16 seats, license plate 12A-002.70, silver paint color.

The vehicle has a working capacity of an engine of 2,694 cm3, and is used. The original value of the assets was over 1 billion VND, the remaining value according to the accounting books was nearly 290 million VND.

The transfer is carried out according to the proposal of the Department of Finance of Lang Son province to rearrange public assets, ensuring effective use in accordance with the standards and norms stipulated in Decree No. 72/2023/ND-CP and related documents.

The Department of Education and Training and the Office of the People's Council - People's Committee of Cao Loc district are required to coordinate in fully implementing the procedures for handover, receipt, updating of asset accounting, registration of ownership and reporting asset changes in accordance with legal regulations. The provincial Department of Finance is responsible for guiding and supervising the entire process.
