The People's Committee of An Duong Ward has just started the project to build and expand Le Loi Kindergarten; named the Tan Tien Green Park project in Do Nha Residential Group and the An Duong Secondary School Ward Party Station project in Residential Group 1.
The Tan Tien Green Park project is implemented with a total area of 1.3 hectares, with a total investment of 24 billion VND. The project includes items: internal road system, walking path, flower garden, green space, lighting system, water supply and drainage system and other auxiliary works, designed synchronously and modernly. When completed, the park will become a community living space, serving the needs of entertainment, recreation, and physical exercise of the people; at the same time, it will be a landscape highlight, contributing to creating a green - clean - beautiful living environment, improving the quality of life and building the image of a civilized and friendly urban area.
The An Duong Secondary School Headquarters project started construction in 2024, with a total investment of over 19.6 billion VND. The headquarters is solidly built with a total floor area of 1,200 m2, including 3 floors, full of offices, meeting rooms, and auxiliary items such as electricity, water, fire prevention and fighting, ensuring safety standards and functionality. The project was completed on schedule and with quality, meeting the requirements of the school's management and operation of educational activities, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning.
The project to build and expand Le Loi Kindergarten (phase 1) was approved for investment by the People's Committee of An Duong district in Decision No. 4778 dated December 6, 2024, and adjusted the project in Decision No. 1932 dated May 22, 2025 with a total investment of VND 51.267 billion. After completion, the project will ensure the criteria for facilities according to national standards of two preschool levels, contributing to meeting the learning needs of children in the area, reducing the burden on private class groups, improving the quality of preschool education in a modern, safe and child-friendly direction.
Recently, the People's Committee of Dong Hai Ward inaugurated the Dinh Xam Bo Pond Flower Garden project to celebrate the first Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
The project has a total investment of more than 8.66 billion VND, an area of 3,321.6 m2, including items: leveling, walking paths, playgrounds, trees, lawns, water supply and drainage systems, synchronous power supply, lighting and semiconductor lakes. The completion and handover of the project has contributed to creating a green, clean and beautiful space, meeting the needs of community activities of the people.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Hai Ward also inaugurated the "Park Dack" project at Ha Doan 2 Park, welcoming the first Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030. The project consists of 15 stone benches, implemented with socialized resources from members and union members of socio-political organizations of the ward, serving the needs of community activities.
Recently, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ngo Quyen Ward inaugurated the "Grand Solidarity" house for households in difficult circumstances and launched the "Community Playground" for children in the area. These are meaningful and practical projects, contributing to taking care of people's lives, while making achievements to celebrate the 1st Ngo Quyen Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
