Speaking at the conference, Mr. Pham Van Lap, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City, requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and member organizations to continue reviewing and arranging socio-political organizations and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State, ensuring consistency with the merger of administrative units under the direction of the Central and City Party Committee, to be completed before September 30, 2025.
The Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City also noted that delegates should prepare for the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress and the Congress of socio-political organizations at all levels of the city, striving to complete the commune-level congress before September 2025 and the city-level congress before November 2025.
