On September 17, the People's Committee of My Duc commune (Hanoi) organized enforcement and forced the implementation of remedial measures in the land sector for cases of construction violations on agricultural land and public land managed by the People's Committees of communes in Trinh Tiet and Vai villages.
According to the People's Committee of My Duc commune, after being propagandized and mobilized, a project owner in violation proactively dismantled the project and returned the land to its original state on September 16.
Therefore, on the morning of September 17, the working group conducted enforcement of the remaining 3 violating works. All 4 violating projects occurred in June 2025, the time for preparing to reorganize administrative boundaries.
Accordingly, 3 violating works were enforced, including: The violating work of Mr. D.V.T (Trinh Tiet village). The project occupying land managed by the People's Committee (at Team 5, Trinh Tiet Village, My Duc Commune), erected a pole with a reinforced iron frame, a cold-ground corrugated iron roof, surrounded by corrugated iron with a length of 7.3m, a width of 5.7m, and a total violation area of 41.61m2.
The violating project occupied land in the Ky Dien area (adjacent to Hop Thanh High School). Mr. C.V.H (Vai village) arbitrarily erected 9 round iron columns, 1 box iron column, fired iron markings, and roofed the area with corrugated iron, with an area of 74.2m2 on public land managed by the People's Committee of the commune.
Ms. N.T.T (Vai village) arbitrarily poured concrete foundation with an area of 85.56m2, erected iron embankment columns, fired corrugated iron roofs, and surrounded corrugated iron on the poured concrete foundation with an area of 74.6m2 in the side gate area of Hop Thanh Secondary School (Vai village, My Duc commune).
According to Chairman of My Duc Commune People's Committee Nguyen Quang Duong, the enforcement is not only to completely handle violating constructions, but also a strict warning for organizations and individuals with similar behavior.
On September 17, Hung Dao commune also organized the enforcement of 5 constructions violating construction order. The enforcement session was directly directed by Chairman of Hung Dao Commune People's Committee Duong Van Phuong.
The works subject to enforcement include: the violating works of Mr. N.Q.D, in Do Chang village (451.29m2); the violating works of Mr. N.V.K, in Tinh Lam village 1,525.37m2); the violating works of Mr. N.P.L, in Tinh Lam village (2,452.6m2); the violating works of Mr. N.V.T, in Dai Tao village (353.8m2); the violating works of Mr. L.V.T, in Bai Vai copper land (696m2).
In particular, some households have voluntarily dismantled part of the items, but there are still steel structures, corrugated iron fences, and violating concrete floors. For cases that have not complied, the authorities have determined to dismantle them in accordance with regulations.
The enforcement session was implemented seriously, safely, and in accordance with the procedures, demonstrating the determination of Hung Dao commune in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of State management, ensuring the strictness of land laws and construction order.
At the same time, the authorities have combined propaganda and mobilization of people to raise awareness, comply with legal regulations, contributing to building a stable and sustainable local development.
