On July 7, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 3941/UBND-TTDLCNS on inspection and handling of information reflecting a row of townhouses built on non-agricultural land outside the Duong River dike.
According to the reflection, right at the beginning of lane 95 Gia Thuong street, outside the Duong river dike, 3-storey townhouses suddenly "grown up".
In order to avoid detecting construction on non-agricultural production facilities on the outside, the remaining works are tightly covered with corrugated iron pieces to complete the items.
Regarding this, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh assigned Viet Hung Ward People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to urgently inspect and clarify the information reported by the press; strictly handle violations (if any) according to the law; report to the City People's Committee on the implementation results before July 15, 2025.
