On the occasion of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, Thai Nguyen has installed welcome signs at a series of projects. These are key projects, contributing to promoting the economic and social development of the locality.
Of the 21 projects mentioned above, 11 projects are invested from the budget and 10 projects use non-budgetary capital.
Regarding the item using budget capital, the Thai Nguyen - Bac Ninh - Phu Tho connecting road project is of special importance. The project has a total investment of 4,200 billion VND, over 42km long. The route started construction in May 2022 and will be technically opened to traffic before August 19, 2025, and is currently continuing to complete 3 overpasses on the route.
For the Ring Road V project, the total investment is more than 700 billion VND. Currently, the entire route has been completed and put into use. The project is 6.68km long, contributing significantly to connecting inter-regional traffic, promoting the socio-economic development of the locality.
At the Thai Nguyen Provincial Stadium project, the project is worth more than 530 billion VND. After nearly three years of construction, it has been basically completed. With a capacity of 22,000 seats, this is the largest stadium in the Northern Midlands.

For Tan Thai Golf Course, the project has a total investment of 586 billion VND, covering an area of nearly 85 hectares. The project started in the first quarter of 2023 and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.
The project is of great significance in developing high-end sports - tourism, contributing to enhancing the image and competitiveness of Thai Nguyen on the tourism map of the North.
The Dai Thang Social Housing and Residential Area Project is worth 947 billion VND. The project is located on a campus of more than 11 hectares.
The project includes an 18-storey building and 34 2-storey townhouses. The project started in the third quarter of 2023 and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2028. After completion, it will solve the housing needs of low-income workers and laborers.
