A milestone in the process of building a Party Committee according to the new model
Mr. Nguyen Minh Chung - Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central Trade Unions said that the Congress is expected to take place over 2 days: September 22 and 23, 2025 at the Vietnam Youth Academy (No. 3 Chua Lang Street, Hanoi). The Congress was attended by 350 delegates, of which, the delegates were of course 31 comrades in the Executive Committee, the elected delegates attending the Congress had 18 comrades from 5 Party organizations; the delegates appointed were 301 delegates from 20 affiliated Party organizations.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Chung further informed that with the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development", the Congress will evaluate the results of the 2020 - 2025 term, propose directions, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term and contribute opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress. This is an event of important political significance, a milestone in the process of building the Party Committee according to the new model, under new conditions.
Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions said that the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions for the 2025-2030 term took place in a new context, a new situation of the Party and the country, so the Congress will clearly demonstrate its role in connecting the spirit of great national unity in the common home of the Front in the coming time.
According to Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc, starting from the functions and tasks of the Party Committee from an organization, the Party Delegation, now the Party Committee, comprehensively leading all fields, thereby setting new requirements for the Party Committee in the 2025 - 2030 term. This is a Congress of solidarity, effort, demonstrating the highest determination to promote the intelligence of all Party members in the Party Committee, meeting the requirements.
"With that meaning, the Congress must propose solutions to innovate mechanisms and methods of operation; enhance substance, depth and efficiency, overcome movement and formality; mobilize, arouse the spirit of solidarity, gathering, arouse the people's strength and resources in accordance with the spirit of General Secretary To Lam's request" - Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc emphasized.

To celebrate the Congress, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central organizations have proactively and creatively coordinated with the Party Committee of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations to launch the Contest for Composing the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central Organizations and the logo of the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central Organizations for the 2025 - 2030 term. The Organizing Committee honored and awarded prizes to the best works, including the First Prize awarded to the Hoai Design author group and 5 works won the Encouragement Prize.
According to the Organizing Committee, the First Prize logo depicts the center of the image of Lotus Compass combined with the image of the crossbreed grapes in a unique stylized image. The image of Lotus symbolizes the noble qualities of the Vietnamese people. The lotus leaves symbolize the Associations and Organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, symbolizing the Vietnamese national unity bloc. Lotus flowers are created to form a flame symbolizing the enthusiasm for dedication, for the revolutionary tradition. The rice is a symbol of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
The combination of these two images symbolizes the communist ideal meaning as a beacon lighting the way for all activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations. The Lotus Fire also symbolizes the trust of all members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the leadership of the Party Committee. Red on the logo symbolizes enthusiasm and revolutionary ideals. Gold symbolizes intelligence, faith, development and a bright future.
The Congress logo with the centerline being the words of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Organizing Committee. Above is the image of the red flag flying, inspired by the image of the Red flag during important national holidays. The Red flag symbol aims to create a feeling that this is the logo of a solemn event, carrying a lot of energy and excitement in the first time it took place. The yellow star and the shape of the letter "S" on the tail of the flag are reminiscent of the image of the Fatherland of Vietnam.
Below the logo is the name of the Congress designed in a raincoat embracing and raising the Party logo, an image symbolizing the solemn nature of the event. The entire logo is a block closely connected in structure, symbolizing the spirit of Solidarity. The soft and soaring features in the logo's design are intended to create a beautiful image and inspire a positive momentum for a major event.
