On December 30, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Ho Chi Minh City Police announced the adjustment of traffic flow in some areas to organize the Art Fireworks Program to Welcome the New Year 2026.
For the central area (focus point at the beginning of the Saigon River tunnel, An Khanh ward and Marina Building, Saigon ward):
From 9:00 PM on December 31, 2025 to 1:00 AM on January 1, 2026: All types of vehicles are prohibited from circulating on the following routes:
+ Le Loi street (section from Pasteur street to Dong Khoi).
+ Nguyen Hue street (section from Le Thanh Ton street to Ton Duc Thang).
+ Dong Khoi Street (section from Mac Thi Buoi street to Ton Duc Thang).
+ Ton Duc Thang street (section from Le Duan street to Khanh Hoi bridge).
+ Nguyen Huu Canh street (section from Ton Duc Thang street to Nguyen Binh Khiem street).
+ Vo Van Kiet street (section from Pasteur street to Khanh Hoi bridge underpass).
+ Ngo Van Nam street (section from Nguyen Sieu street to Ton Duc Thang).
+ Nguyen Sieu Street (section from Ngo Van Nam street to Ton Duc Thang).
+ Nguyen Tat Thanh street (section from Hoang Dieu street to Khanh Hoi bridge).
+ Ham Nghi street (section from Pasteur street to Ton Duc Thang).
+ Hai Trieu Street (section from Ho Tung Mau street to Nguyen Hue street).
+ Nguyen Thiep street (section from Dong Khoi street to Nguyen Hue street).
+ Huynh Thuc Khang street (section from Pasteur street to Nguyen Hue street).
+ Nguyen Cong Tru street (section from Pasteur street to Ho Tung Mau).

+ R12 road (section from the foot of Ba Son bridge to N6).
+ All accesses to Ba Son Bridge and Khanh Hoi Bridge.

- Direction from Thanh Tay ward to Xom Chieu ward: Nguyen Huu Canh - Nguyen Binh Khiem - Le Duan - Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Nguyen Du - Cach Mang Thang Tam - Nguyen Thi Nghia - Nguyen Thai Hoc - Ong Lanh bridge - Hoang Dieu - Nguyen Tat Thanh.
- Direction from Xom Chieu ward to Thanh My Tay ward: Nguyen Tat Thanh - Hoang Dieu - Ong Lanh bridge - Nguyen Thai Hoc - Nguyen Thi Nghia - August Revolution - Nguyen Thi Minh Khai - Xo Viet Nghe Tinh.
- Direction from An Khanh ward to Hoa Hung ward: Vo Nguyen Giap - Dien Bien Phu - Dinh Tien Hoang - Vo Thi Sau - Ba Thang Hai - Le Hong Phong.
- Direction from Hoa Hung ward to An Khanh ward: Le Hong Phong - Dien Bien Phu - Vo Nguyen Giap.
- For roads leading to the Me Linh Square Roundabout (including: Phan Van Dat, Ho Huan Nghiep, Ngo Duc Ke): Only circulate towards Me Linh Square, do not move towards Dong Khoi (for vehicles remaining in the Dong Khoi area after being isolated to serve the program).
- Prohibit all types of vehicles from stopping, parking and gathering to watch fireworks on Thu Thiem bridge, Binh Loi bridge, Binh Trieu bridge, Mong bridge, Calmette bridge, Ong Lanh bridge, Hang Xanh intersection overpass, Go Dua intersection overpass, Phu My bridge, Nguyen Huu Canh overpass, Thanh Da canal bridge, Saigon bridge, Rach Chiec bridge...
For area 1 (New City center area, Binh Duong ward):
From 8:00 PM on December 31, 2025 until the end of the fireworks program: No vehicles allowed to circulate on the following routes:
- Hung Vuong Street (from Hung Vuong + Vo Van Kiet intersection to Hung Vuong + Ly Thai To intersection).
- Le Loi street (from Le Loi + Le Duan intersection to Le Loi + Huynh Thuc Khang intersection).
- Huynh Thuc Khang street (from Huynh Thuc Khang + Le Loi intersection to Huynh Thuc Khang + Truong Sa intersection).
Alternative traffic routes:
- Vo Van Kiet Street - Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Le Duan - Le Loi.
- Road Vo Van Kiet - Huynh Van Luy - Le Loi - Ly Thai To.
For area 2 (Bai Sau central square, Vung Tau ward):
From 9:00 PM on December 31, 2025 until the end of the fireworks display and art performance program: No vehicles allowed to circulate on the following routes:
- Thuy Van street (from Doan Trung Con street to Thi Sach).
- Le Hong Phong Street (from the Rotating Wheel of the Martyrs' Memorial to Thuy Van).
- Tran Chanh Chieu Street (from Su Van Hanh to Thuy Van).
- Le Van Tho Street (from Su Van Hanh to Thuy Van).
Alternative traffic routes:
- Direction from Bai Sau to Bai Truoc (Thuy Van road section prohibited from Thi Sach intersection to Nguyen Chi Thanh): Bai Sau - Thuy Van - Thi Sach - Dai Liet Si roundabout - Vo Thi Sau - Hoang Hoa Tham - Thuy Van - Bai Truoc.
- Direction from Bai Truoc to Bai Sau: Thuy Van - Hoang Hoa Tham - Vo Thi Sau - Martyrs' Monument Roundabout - Thi Sach - Thuy Van.
