On April 29, the Standing Committee of the Long An Provincial People's Council coordinated with the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to organize the 2nd "Voters' Proposal to Build Long An Homeland" Campaign in 2024.
The ceremony was attended by Vice Chairman in charge of the Long An Provincial People's Council Mai Van Nhieu, Chairman of the Long An Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut, representatives of provincial departments, branches and a large number of voters.

In 2024, the Organizing Committee received 106 donations from 68 authors. Through evaluation, voting and collecting widely opinions on mass media, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council decided to honor 14 best donations.
In particular, the cultural - social sector has 1 donation ranked third, 3 donation ranked encouraged; the economic sector has 5 donations ranked encouraged and the Party building and government sector has 5 donations ranked encouraged.
In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded subsidiary prizes to the person with the most gifts, the oldest, the youngest and the unit with the most gifts participating.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman in charge of Long An Mai Van Provincial People's Council emphasized: "The campaign is a practical forum for voters and people to express their enthusiasm and responsibility to their homeland. The donors have contributed many valuable ideas, helping the provincial People's Council to grasp the people's aspirations and propose specific and practical solutions to the provincial planning and development plan."
The People's Council of Long An province said that in 2025, the Campaign will continue to be implemented to maintain an effective channel for receiving opinions from the people, contributing to realizing the goal of building Long An into a rich and strong province, with happy people, a safe society, and a clean and strong government.
