Brigade 954 also selected experienced pilots with good flight skills and many accumulated flight hours on Ka28 and DHC-6 aircraft.
Each individual assigned tasks is proactive, actively studying and reviewing flights.In particular, focusing on the content of coordinating the team's flights, keeping the distance, speed, altitude, and flight direction accurately according to the prescribed formation.
Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Van Thuyen - Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Brigade 954 said that immediately after receiving the assignment, the unit thoroughly grasped the instructions from superiors, developed a detailed training plan, and assigned specific tasks to each agency and unit.

Political education work, raising awareness for officers and pilots is given special attention, creating high determination in the entire force.
Each individual selected to participate is an experienced pilot, clearly aware of their responsibilities when representing the image of the Navy.
The biggest requirement when flying in the air force is absolute accuracy. The aircraft must keep the correct distance, speed, altitude and be strict in all situations.
The air and sea parade in Khanh Hoa was held at the same time as the parade with the appearance of military artillery vehicles and police special vehicles.

The parade at sea is also an opportunity for Vietnam to demonstrate the continuous growth of the people's armed forces over the past 80 years.
