To ensure traffic safety and security during the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, more than 650 traffic police officers and soldiers from 33 provinces and cities across the country were reinforced to Hanoi to participate in regulating and dividing traffic flows.
Captain Le Hoang Phong - an officer of the Traffic Police Department, Vinh Long Provincial Police - said: "My task and the 19 comrades who were transferred to the capital is to coordinate with Hanoi City Police to regulate traffic at key locations, ensuring absolute order and safety for the parade and marching groups. At the same time, we are also on duty at intersections to guide and create favorable conditions for people to watch the parade, the parade celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2".
Similarly, the most experienced Hoang Minh Quang - military control soldier of the Hanoi Capital Command shared: "The parade and march to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2 ensured absolute safety for people and delegations attending the ceremony. My teammates and I feel honored to have a small contribution to the overall success of the important national holiday".
Completing the task - silent pride

"Today, my family took our children for a walk on the street. Although the road was crowded, there were no serious traffic jams. Seeing the police and soldiers working so patiently, I really appreciate it, Ms. Phuong added.
