Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russian leaders warmly congratulated the leaders and people of Vietnam on the solemn holiday and emphasized that over the past 80 years, Vietnam has achieved many great achievements and is now confidently steadfastly on the path of socio-economic progress and increasingly increasing prestige in the Asia-Pacific region and in the international arena.
