Need to increase investment and upgrade infrastructure
Sharing about the unit's infrastructure, Mr. Trinh Cong Tien - Director of the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education of M'Drak district - frankly shared: "In order for vocational training to be organized systematically and effectively for poor workers and ethnic minorities, the support of authorities at all levels is very important".
According to Mr. Tien, in the coming time, the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Dak Lak province and the People's Committee of M'Drak district need to continue to effectively implement mechanisms and policies to develop vocational education and vocational training for priority people in the district.
In particular, increasing investment in vocational training, focusing on retraining and regular training for young workers to create strong changes in the scale, quality and efficiency of vocational education.
According to Mr. Tien, the most important thing to do now is to promote information and propaganda, creating a change in awareness and social consensus on the development of vocational education.
Developing vocational skills for young people and workers requires mobilizing the participation and resources of the whole society, especially businesses, in vocational training for local people.
"Hopefully, local authorities will continue to stabilize the organization, diversify occupations and investment resources, and ensure the improvement of the quality and efficiency of occupations.
Thereby, promoting the development of vocational training institutions with autonomous capacity, effective operation and creating all favorable conditions for people to have more opportunities to learn a trade to prepare for their own life and career.
