In Cao Bang, the weather is generally cloudy, with rain and showers in many places, very cold, with severe cold in some places.
The lowest temperature in the areas fluctuates from 8-12 degrees Celsius, high mountainous areas are commonly 9-11 degrees Celsius, the highest is from 12-17 degrees Celsius. Northeast wind level 2, high mountainous areas are warned of frost risk.
Forecast from January 22 to 24, Cao Bang will continue to be cloudy, with scattered rain, very cold and harmful weather. The lowest temperature is commonly 8-10 degrees C, the highest is 12-14 degrees C; high mountainous areas need to be wary of frost.
In Son La, cold air began to affect from the morning of January 21, first in Moc Chau, Van Ho, Bac Yen, Phu Yen, Yen Chau districts, then spread throughout the province.
On January 21-22.1, the southeastern area of the province will have scattered showers, in other places it will rain in some places, Northeast wind level 2-3.
The lowest temperature in Son La is commonly 10-12 degrees Celsius, especially in high mountainous areas 9-11 degrees Celsius. Some areas such as Moc Chau, Van Ho, Bac Yen may drop low at night and early morning.
According to Lao Cai Hydrometeorological Station, from the night of January 19 to January 29, this locality will be continuously affected by cold air waves, including strong intensification waves causing prolonged severe cold and frost. Highlands and high mountains continue to be warned of the risk of severe cold and frost.
