Many projects "hang" for decades

Rach Chiec Sports Complex, planned since 1994 with an initial area of 466ha, has been expected to meet the Olympic standard. After many adjustments, the area is only 212 hectares, but after 30 years is still an empty ground interspersed with swamp.
Binh Trieu Station - an important traffic unit of Thu Duc City - also falls into the same scene. Issued in 2002 with an area of more than 41ha, this station has been identified as an important transit point. Despite adjusting the planning by 2021, the project has not been implemented after 22 years.
Planning project opened development
Thu Duc City has just announced the general planning project to 2040. According to the plan, the city will be divided into 9 development parties, associated with 11 key points based on cultural values, history and special advantages. enemies of each region.
