The class is organized to equip, consolidate and improve specialized Russian language knowledge for cadres and technical staff, serving research, exploitation, and use of technical documents, and at the same time improving professional qualifications and the ability to master modern weapons and technical equipment.
According to the plan, the learning content focuses on the system of specialized Russian terminology, methods of reading and translating technical documents, combined with in-depth training on the process of exploitation, operation, preservation, maintenance and handling of situations arising during the use of VKTBKT.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duc Khanh requested officials and students to uphold their sense of responsibility, strictly comply with the regulations of the class; proactively research, actively exchange, link theory with practice and effectively apply knowledge to practical work.
Improving specialized foreign language proficiency associated with in-depth training is an important requirement in building a team of cadres and technical staff with bravery and high professional qualifications, meeting the requirements of mastering modern VKTBKT, contributing to improving the quality of training, combat readiness and completing all assigned tasks well.
Through the class, Brigade 682 continues to improve the quality of training work, build high-quality technical human resources, meeting the requirements of building revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern units, contributing to firmly protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
In 2015, the Minister of National Defense signed Decision No. 629 on the establishment of Coastal Missile Brigade 682.
In the early days of establishment, the unit still faced many difficulties in terms of facilities, technical equipment and organizational staffing.
However, with high determination, solidarity, and overcoming difficulties, officers and soldiers of Brigade 682 quickly stabilized their organization, went into building regular routines, practicing discipline, and actively training to master new and modern technical equipment.
Over 11 years of construction and development, the Brigade has continuously matured in all aspects, training work always adheres to the motto "Basic, practical, solid", valuing synchronous and in-depth training, combining military training with political education, building a solid political bravery for soldiers.
