Previously, through discussions with the Department of Commerce and Border Gate Management of Dongxing City (China) about the 2025 New Year holiday schedule of the functional forces of Dongxing City Border Gate, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China), the Mong Cai International Border Gate Management Board widely announced to the functional forces of Mong Cai International Border Gate, goods exporting enterprises and travel businesses.
Specifically, at Mong Cai International Border Gate, Bac Luan II Bridge area, there will be a 1-day holiday on January 1, 2025. During the holiday, the customs clearance for people entering and exiting the Bac Luan II Bridge area will continue to operate normally. The customs clearance for imported and exported goods in the Bac Luan II Bridge area will be implemented under the pre-appointment customs clearance regime.
At Mong Cai International Border Gate, the area of Bac Luan I Bridge and the opening of the Km3+4 Hai Yen Pontoon Bridge/Dong Hung Border Market Pair (China) still operates normally.
