On the evening of August 3, a fire broke out at Thien Phu car garage, near the foot of Thuy Duong overpass (Hue City).
Mr. Tong Nghia Nhat (30 years old, neighbor, also a witness) said that at around 8:30 p.m., while sitting about 10m from the scene, he smelled a burning smell and discovered smoke rising from the garage. Immediately after that, he called the authorities.

"When the fire broke out, the garage was locked, the owner had returned. At around 8:30 p.m., I called the police. There were no fire extinguishers around so I couldn't put out the fire by myself" - Mr. Nhat recounted.
Just a few minutes after the fire broke out, the fire fighting force quickly arrived and extinguished the fire.

At the scene, inside the garage, there was a Mazda car showing no signs of being affected by the fire, however, some items were determined to be burned down and covered in black smoke.
The cause of the fire is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
