    Accordingly, the accident occurred at around 11:15 a.m. on March 12, on Nguyen Trai Street, Phu Son Ward, Thanh Hoa City.

    According to initial information, at that time, a car with license plate 36N-08..., driven by Mr. D.S.T (35 years old, residing in Dong Bac Ga area, Dong Tho ward, Thanh Hoa city) reached the front of house number 523C and collided with a motorbike with license plate 36AA-36... (driver unidentified), with 2 students on the car at the time.

    As a result, N.Q.H. (14 years old, 8th grade student at Le Loi Secondary School, Thanh Hoa City) died on the spot. N.V.A. (14 years old, 8th grade student at Le Loi Secondary School) was seriously injured and taken to the emergency room.

    Currently, the authorities are investigating and clarifying the cause of the accident.
