On the morning of November 11, the leader of the People's Committee of Thang Binh district, Quang Nam confirmed that a fire had just occurred in the area, causing 1 death.
The incident happened on the afternoon of November 10, Mr. N.C.H (59 years old) brought gasoline to the house of Ms. L.T.C (60 years old), also residing in Han Lam town, Thang Binh district, then lit a fire and burned himself.
At that time, only Mrs. C was at home. When she discovered the incident, Mrs. C ran out and shouted.
After putting out the fire, authorities discovered Mr. H dead in the stairwell on the first floor.
Authorities have sealed off the house to investigate the cause of the incident.
