On June 4, a leader of Bac Kan General Hospital said that a patient being treated at the Neurological Department was suddenly found dead in a hanging position.
The victim was identified as Mr. N.T.D, (born in 1977, residing in Xuat Hoa ward, Bac Kan city). At around 8:00 a.m. this morning, Mr. D. was admitted to the Neurology Department for treatment.
At around 1pm, the family did not see the patient so they went to look for him, and at more than 2pm the same day, they discovered Mr. D. dead in a hanging position in the bamboo bushes next to the hospital wall.
The authorities were present at the scene, conducting an autopsy and investigation to clarify the cause of the incident.
