On May 22, Mr. Nguyen Duc Nhat - Chairman of the People's Committee of Phuc Ha commune (Thai Nguyen city) said that an accident had just occurred in the area, killing a woman.
Initial information, at around 11 noon the same day, a couple went to Nam Tien hamlet, Phuc Ha commune to see the land.
After the survey, the woman (from Bac Kan) returned to the original parking location a short distance from the scene and the driver left the parking lot.
However, about 30 minutes passed without seeing this person return, the man who was with her called but could not contact him.
Worried, he went to the parking area to check and discovered a Toyota car had overturned in a pond nearby.
The woman was found in the car and immediately taken to the hospital for emergency treatment but did not survive.
Currently, the authorities are investigating, verifying the victim's identity and clarifying the cause of the accident.
