In order to create favorable conditions for people and tourists to visit and enjoy spring during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, Cua Nam Ward People's Committee has organized free parking for bicycles and motorbikes at some schools in the area.
Free parking spots are arranged at: Trung Vuong Secondary School (26 Hang Bai Street), Tran Phu - Hoan Kiem High School (8 Hai Ba Trung Street), Ngo Si Lien Secondary School (27 Ham Long Street) and Viet Duc High School (47 Ly Thuong Kiet Street).
Free parking time from 5pm on February 16th to 1am on February 17th, 2026; and from 9am to 8pm on February 17th to 22nd, 2026.
Along with that, Cua Nam ward arranges functional forces to ensure security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, and maintain urban order throughout the Tet holiday.
The People's Committee of Cua Nam ward requests people and tourists to comply with parking at the right location, in accordance with instructions; not encroaching on sidewalks and roads, contributing to building a civilized - safe - friendly Cua Nam ward, contributing to the goal of building a civilized - civilized - modern Hanoi.
