At the ceremony, Major General Huynh Viet Hoa - Director of Can Tho City Police, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, presented the decision to publicly second Lieutenant Colonel Ly Hoang Phong (born in 1980, Phu Tam commune, Can Tho city), Head of the Immigration Department, Can Tho City Police to work at the Department of Foreign Affairs of Can Tho City.
The decision is the trust and recognition of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security for the capacity, qualities and working process of the seconded officers; at the same time, affirming the initiative and flexibility in arranging and using the staff to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new period.
Mr. Tran Van Huyen - Deputy Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee congratulated Lieutenant Colonel Ly Hoang Phong, and believed that in his new position, he will continue to promote his mettle and intelligence, uphold his sense of responsibility, continue to strive, and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Huynh Viet Hoa - Director of Can Tho City Police congratulated Lieutenant Colonel Ly Hoang Phong on being trusted by the Minister of Public Security to assign tasks; at the same time, he proposed to continue promoting the political will, sense of responsibility and qualities of People's Public Security officers.
Major General Huynh Viet Hoa emphasized that the secondment of officers is a correct policy, contributing to strengthening coordination between the City Police and agencies and units; at the same time, affirmed that the Can Tho City Police force will always accompany and create conditions for officers to be seconded to fulfill their new responsibilities well.
