On May 26, the Standing Committee of Thoi Binh District Party Committee (Ca Mau Province) officially issued a document requesting the Standing Committee of Tan Bang Commune Party Committee to seriously learn from experience for organizing a Youth Union to visit and study during the working day without the consent of the competent authority.

Previously, on May 14, the Standing Committee of the Tan Bang Commune Party Committee sent an official dispatch to the Thoi Binh District Party Committee requesting that cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune and hamlet levels visit and learn from experience in Tay Ninh province and Ba Ria - Vung Tau province from May 23 to 25, 2025.
Although the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has not been commented by the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, on May 23 (Friday - normal working day), the Standing Committee of Tan Bang Commune Party Committee organized the delegation. Therefore, the District Standing Committee seriously criticized and learned from the Standing Committee of Tan Bang Commune Party Committee.
At the same time, the Thoi Binh District Party Committee also requires agencies, units, organizations and individuals in the district's political system not to use funds from the State budget to organize sightseeing and learning experiences without permission from competent authorities.
Previously, many district-level agencies and units in Ca Mau province organized groups to go to Con Dao and Phu Quoc to learn from experience and get resources.
According to Conclusion 126-KL/TW issued on February 14, the Politburo has proposed a plan to study and implement the removal of intermediate administrative levels (district level) to streamline the apparatus and improve the efficiency of state management.
