Implementing Resolution 263/2025/NQ-CP of the Government on giving gifts to people on the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, Minh Chau commune is urgently paying gifts from the Government to the people.
From 7:00 a.m. on August 31, 2025, despite the rain, many people were present at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Minh Chau commune to receive gifts for the independent Tet holiday.
Mr. Bui Thai Son - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Minh Chau commune said: "To complete the payment of gifts on September 2 to people in the commune on August 31, 2025, although it is a day off, the team of commune and village officials have worked at full capacity to pay on time to the people".
According to the plan, Minh Chau commune will complete the payment of gifts from the President to the people on August 31, 2025. To facilitate the payment, the commune has divided the time and area to ensure progress.
In addition, information and communication work has been promoted on the local communication system and Fanpage so that people can promptly update the time.
According to Decision No. 4497/QD - People's Committee of Hanoi People's Committee on targeted supplementation to the commune and ward budgets in 2025 to give gifts to people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, with a total budget of VND 858,325,500.
Of which, Minh Chau commune was supplemented with 666,900,000 VND to pay for 6,669 people with permanent residence in the commune, ensuring that all people receive gifts on the occasion of the big holiday. People agreed to receive cash directly.
Mr. Phuong Van Truong, Zone 2, Chu Chang Village, Minh Chau Commune, smiled brightly when receiving a meaningful gift from the state budget on the occasion of the country's big holiday, he shared: "The first time receiving a National Day gift, the family is very happy, we will organize a party so that family members can have a meaningful independent Tet".
