Khanh Hoa - Heavy rains over the past several days have caused landslides in some areas across Cu Hin Pass in Nha Trang.

On the morning of December 11, due to heavy rain, some areas on Pham Van Dong Street and Nguyen Tat Thanh Street (Cu Hin Pass) experienced landslides.

The phenomenon of rockslides down the road in Cu Hin Pass area appeared from last night until early this morning. Continuous rain in the past few days is one of the causes of the above rockslides.

To ensure traffic safety, Nha Trang 2 Department under Khanh Hoa Traffic Management and Construction Joint Stock Company sent staff to handle the fallen rocks on the road and installed warning signs.

In particular, communes and wards organize to review and inspect vulnerable areas, areas at risk of flash floods, landslides, low-lying areas, flooding...; proactively deploy response work appropriate to natural disaster developments in the area; arrange shock forces and means to guard areas at risk of landslides, bridge areas, culverts, spillways, flooded and cut-off roads during heavy rains and floods to ensure the safety of people's lives...
