The Quang Tri Provincial Civil Defense Command said that by 7:00 a.m. on October 23, the whole province had 8,720 boats with more than 23,000 workers, of which 16 vehicles were still operating at sea. Landslide recorded at Km77+800 National Highway 9B with about 1,000m3 of rock and soil.
