Water levels of hydropower reservoirs nationwide on August 11

Water levels at hydropower reservoirs across the country on the morning of August 11th had many fluctuations, in which some reservoirs in the Northern region recorded high inflows and total discharges.

In the Northwest region, Lai Chau Lake has an upstream water level of 294.96m, water inflow of 2,116 m3/s, total discharge volume of 2,321 m3/s. Son La Lake is at 198.17m, water inflow of 3,552 m3/s, total discharge volume of 3,125 m3/s. Hoa Binh Lake has a water level of 102.74m, water inflow of 3,902 m3/s and total discharge volume of 4,395 m3/s, of which 1,523 m3/s through the spillway and 2,872 m3/s through the plant.

Ban Chat Lake has a water level of 471.5m, receding water 124 m3/s, total discharge volume 168 m3/s. Huoi Quang Lake is at 369.08m, receding water 242 m3/s, total discharge volume 236 m3/s. Thac Ba Lake has a water level of 54.1m, receding water 315 m3/s and total discharge volume 167.26 m3/s.

In the Northeast region, Tuyen Quang reservoir has an upstream water level of 105.2m, a water inflow of 561 m3/s, a total discharge of 724.39 m3/s, all through the spillway dam.

In the North Central region, Khe Bo Lake has a water level of 65m, equal to the normal water level; water inflow and total discharge are at 624.9 m3/s. Ban Ve Lake has a water level of 186.75m, water inflow 550 m3/s, total discharge 212 m3/s. Quang Tri Lake is at 461.97m, water inflow 62 m3/s and discharge 18 m3/s.

In the South Central region, A Vuong reservoir has a water level of 351.03m, no water inflow and discharge recorded at the updated time. Song Bung 2 reservoir is at 578.43m, water inflow 11.8 m3/s, no discharge. Song Bung 4 reservoir has a water level of 208.2m, water inflow 32 m3/s. Song Ba Ha reservoir is at 102.34m, water inflow 90 m3/s.

In the Central Highlands, Ialy Lake has a water level of 500.43m, water receding 303 m3/s, total discharge volume 96 m3/s. Pleikrông Lake is at 547.84m, water receding 136 m3/s, discharge 167 m3/s. Se San 4 Lake has a water level of 213.66m, water receding 614 m3/s, total discharge volume 320 m3/s.

Buon Kuop Lake has a water level of 409.38m, water recedes at 119 m3/s and discharges 14.78 m3/s through the plant. Buon Tua Srah Lake is at 467.77m, water recedes at 103 m3/s, total discharge volume 85 m3/s. Ham Thuan Lake has a water level of 587.45m, water recedes at 143.32 m3/s and no discharge is recorded at the time of update.

In the Southeast region, Tri An Lake has an upstream water level of 53.68m, a water inflow of 610 m3/s and a total discharge volume of 524 m3/s through the plant. Thac Mo Lake is at 204.22m, a water inflow of 145.92 m3/s and no discharge volume recorded.
