Thac Ba Lake has a water level of 52.01 m and has not yet discharged water.
In the Northwest region, Hoa Binh reservoir recorded a water level of 104.64 m, 117 m lower than the normal water level. The water flow to the reservoir reached 4,481 m3/s, almost equivalent to the total discharge flow of 4,474 m3/s. In which, the flow through the spillway is 1,559 m3/s, through the plant is 2,915 m3/s; the reservoir is opening 1 deep discharge gate.
Son La Lake has a water level of 196.51 m, water inflow to the lake reaches 3,579 m3/s and total discharge volume is 3,301 m3/s. Lai Chau Lake reaches an elevation of 284.05 m, water inflow to the lake is 1,627 m3/s, total discharge volume is 1,470 m3/s.
