Hoa Binh Lake has a water inflow of 1,680 m3/s, currently generating electricity with a total discharge flow of 1,003 m3/s; Son La Lake has a water inflow of 156 m3/s, discharging electricity 992 m3/s.

Lai Chau reservoir water level reached 289.71 m; Ban Chat 431.12 m; Huoi Quang 369.3 m - all have not been discharged.

In the Northeast region, Tuyen Quang reservoir recorded a water level of 115.14 m, nearly 5 m lower than the normal water level; total discharge through the plant reached 120.58 m3/s.

Thac Ba Lake maintains power generation with a discharge flow of 463.26 m3/s.

In the North Central region, Trung Son, Ban Ve, Khe Bo and Quang Tri reservoirs mainly generate electricity, without overflowing.

In which, Khe Bo Lake has a fairly high water flow to the lake, reaching more than 381 m3/s.

In the South Central Coast, the water flow to many reservoirs is low. Song Tranh 2 reservoir discharges 204 m3/s of electricity; Ba Ha River discharges 120 m3/s; Hinh River discharges more than 53 m3/s. Some reservoirs such as Song Bung 2 have not generated water discharge.

In the Central Highlands and Southeast regions, Ialy, Se San 4, Pleiku, Dong Nai 3, Dong Nai 4, Ham Thuan, Da Mi, and Tri An reservoirs continue to operate for power generation with discharge flows ranging from a few dozen to more than 200 m3/s.
