According to data from Vietnam Electricity Group, at 10:00 AM on February 11, Tuyen Quang reservoir had an upstream water level of 113.74m, water inflow to the reservoir reached 99 m3/s, while the total discharge flow was 123.29 m3/s, all through the plant; no discharge through the spillway dam.
Thac Ba Lake recorded a water level of 54.92m, lower than the normal water level (58m) by 3.08m. Water flow to the lake reached 93 m3/s; total discharge flow 145.92 m3/s, operating through the plant, without opening discharge gates.
In the Northwest region, Lai Chau Lake has a water level of 293.3m, 1.7m lower than the normal water level (295m). The inflow to the lake reached 211 m3/s; currently no water discharge is carried out.
Ban Chat Lake has a water level of 460.9m (14.1m lower than the normal water level). Inflow to the lake reached 27 m3/s; total discharge flow 273 m3/s through the plant.
Huo Huoi Quang Lake is at an altitude of 369.82m, lower than the normal water level (370m) by 0.18m. Water flow to the lake reached 270 m3/s; total discharge volume 263 m3/s through the plant.
Son La Lake recorded a water level of 214.46m, 0.54m lower than the normal water level (215m). Water flow to the lake reached 387 m3/s; total discharge flow of 1,093 m3/s through the plant.
Hoa Binh Lake has a water level of 112.44m, lower than the normal water level (117m) by 4.56m. Water flow to the lake reaches 1,132 m3/s; total discharge flow is 1,125 m3/s, operating through the plant, without overflow discharge.
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the weather forecast for February 11th, the Northern region will have rain in the morning, scattered light rain, light rain in some places during the day, and cold weather.
The Southern region in the late afternoon and night has showers and thunderstorms in some places, sunny during the day.
